Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My goal in working with clients is to address client concerns by identifying issues and developing strategies to reach goals. I am a licensed psychologist in Texas and have many years of experience working with a wide range of technical issues. Much of my experience involves working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, family of origin issues, career issues, and/or adjusting to life transitions. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach in therapy to assist clients recognize ineffective thought patterns that sabotage acting in their best interest. My goal as a therapist is to interact with individuals in a relaxed and non-judgmental manner. I often receive feedback but I am a good listener and that I am easy to talk to.
We can connect in whatever manner is most comfortable for you. I prefer we have video sessions in order to get to know each other better and can interact both visually and verbally. I am also available by phone if that is more convenient for you. I am available during business hours and evening appointments can be arranged.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable for you, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide a different fit would work better, you may switch to another therapist at any time.
