Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I am a person that has always enjoyed helping people as far back as when I was a child. I grew up in a family that taught me values of believing in God; working hard; respecting one another; and extending loving kindness and a helping hand to others. It seemed only natural that I went to school and became a counselor. I have 25 years work experience with people struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, alcohol and substance abuse, addictions, codependency, obsessive compulsive disorder, finding purpose to one’s life, spirituality, grief and loss, stress management, work place issues, self-esteem, and ways to improve communication. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY; a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor in NY; and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling individuals because what works for one person may not work for another person. I am trained and skilled in several therapies as shown below in further detail.
My clients have complimented me on my compassion, understanding, patience, intelligence, ability to relate, and to improve their lives by helping them reach their own goals.
I believe I can help you also! I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the format that fits your needs and schedule, whether that is a video call, a phone session, a live chat, or messaging within an app. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical, effective way to address many everyday mental health concerns while offering convenient access to professional support.
