Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of clinical experience. I graduated with a Master of Social work from the University of Southern Indiana. I have worked with the adult population in my career, assisting clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse and addictions, relationship issues, and life changes.
I believe in a client centered approach to therapy, helping the client to identify changes needed, then assisting them with goal setting and the steps needed to accomplish those goals. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy to assist clients in achieving their desired changes as quickly as possible. Together we can develop a person centered treatment plan that you will help create, then we will revisit this plan often to check progress toward goals set.
It takes a great deal of courage to ask for help, congratulations for taking the first steps to change! As an experienced and compassionate therapist, I look forward to talking with you and helping you achieve the life changes you seek

Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is increased flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to getting support.
