Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Mark. I believe in helping individuals to build on their strengths while developing the tools to overcome adversity and live life to the fullest. I will work with you at your pace to help you achieve your therapy goals.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Temple University in 1989 and my Master’s degree in Education/Counseling Psychology at Temple in 2000. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2005. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, substance abuse treatment, HIV medicine, reproductive health, managed care and private practice. Much of my work has been with gay and queer men. I have also facilitated groups for HIV positive individuals. As I navigate my own aging, I have become increasingly interested in working with men as they work through their life stages.
In addition to being a therapist, I am an artist. I am an avid film photographer working primarily in black and white.

Mark Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Pennsylvania who helps individuals build on their strengths while developing practical tools to overcome adversity and live life to the fullest. He meets clients at their own pace and collaborates with them to reach their therapy goals.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University in 1989 and completed a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology at Temple in 2000. He became a licensed counselor in 2005 and brings 18 years of clinical experience across a range of settings, including community mental health, substance abuse treatment, HIV medicine, reproductive health, managed care, and private practice.
Much of his clinical work has focused on gay and queer men, and he has facilitated groups for people living with HIV. As he navigates his own aging, he has grown particularly interested in supporting men through the transitions and stages of life.
Outside of therapy, Mark is an artist and an avid film photographer who primarily works in black and white.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or transitions in life – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience support its effectiveness for these everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be helpful.
