Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I would like to, first of all, congratulate you on taking the first step toward getting the support you need right now! My name is Marjorie, and I live in sunny Southern California with my partner John, of many years, my three cats, three dogs, and tortoise (who is currently hibernating)…don’t we all wish we could do that at times? I have had the privilege of being a ‘helper’ for almost 13 years now…time really does fly! And, that is another reason for congratulating yourself for seeking help. Time is of the essence! I want to help you work through issues that are holding you back from being your true authentic self! Issues, or struggles that are too big or overwhelming to solve on your own. I know that I am not a fixer, and I don’t have all the answers, although I might have a suggestion or two. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings over the years, and with many ethnic populations. I also have Certifications in the Trauma Resiliency Model, Mindfulness Meditation, Play Therapy with Children, and Alcohol and other Drug Counseling! I love what I do and consider it an honor to collaborate, and help you resolve whatever it might be that is holding you back..keeping you stuck! I look forward to working with you!

Marjorie Fagan acknowledges the courage it takes to seek support and congratulates anyone taking that first step. She lives in sunny Southern California with her partner John, three cats, three dogs, and a tortoise that is currently hibernating – a small reminder that rest is sometimes needed.
She is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California, a professional credential that reflects advanced clinical training and practice. Over the course of 14 years she has worked in a variety of clinical settings and with many ethnic populations.
Marjorie helps people address concerns that feel too large to manage alone. She works with stress, anxiety, grief, self-esteem difficulties, depression, coping with life changes, addictions, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, career difficulties, and bipolar disorder. Her approach is collaborative rather than prescriptive – she does not claim to have all the answers but partners with clients to explore options, develop coping skills, and move toward greater authenticity.
She holds certifications in the Trauma Resiliency Model, mindfulness meditation, play therapy with children, and alcohol and other drug counseling, and she considers it an honor to collaborate with people as they resolve what is keeping them stuck. Marjorie looks forward to supporting individuals who are ready to make change.
Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them. Options include video calls, phone sessions, live chat, and in-app messaging, which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to engage from a familiar environment.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy delivers effective care while offering greater convenience and accessibility.
