Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility - you can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
All sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different therapeutic fit you are free to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can therefore offer both effective clinical support and practical convenience for many people seeking help.
