Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome.
My approach to helping clients is multi-faceted. I believe each person needs a specialized approach to therapy. My focus is to meet a client where they are and without judgments or preconceived solutions. You are unique and so is your therapy. Together, you and I make a therapy team. You are an expert on you. I bring to the table my experience pulling aspects of Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Dialectic Behavioral therapies.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. I’ve worked exclusively with adults in community mental health, inpatient at a behavioral health hospital providing both individual and group counseling and online therapy. Throughout my work history, I’ve worked closely with psychiatrists when a medication protocol is warranted. I’ve worked with folks who are chronically mentally ill and those that are managing life changes and adjustments.
If you are looking for an impartial person to discuss life changes, a specific issue, or just a safe place to talk, I look forward to working with you. My approach is warm, nonjudgemental, and focused on you.

Marianne Falk is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor practicing in Ohio with 9 years of clinical experience. She takes a multi-faceted approach to therapy, tailoring support to each individual and meeting people where they are without judgment.
She views clients as the experts on their own lives and works collaboratively to build a therapeutic plan. Marianne blends elements of cognitive behavioral methods, client-centered work, and dialectic behavioral strategies to address presenting concerns.
Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Xavier University and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. Her clinical background is focused exclusively on adults, with experience in community mental health settings, inpatient care at a behavioral health hospital, and online therapy, providing both individual and group counseling.
When medication is appropriate, Marianne has coordinated care with psychiatrists. She has worked with people managing chronic mental illness as well as those navigating life changes and adjustments. Her manner is warm, nonjudgmental, and client-focused, and she welcomes individuals seeking an impartial professional to discuss life transitions, specific issues, or simply to have a safe place to talk.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist remotely can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect with licensed professionals in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it simpler to fit therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
Online sessions offer comparable support to face-to-face care for many everyday mental health needs, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Licensed therapists provide a range of approaches and can work with individuals to find the right mode of communication and treatment style.
Overall, online therapy provides an accessible option for people seeking help with common emotional and life challenges while maintaining the involvement of trained, licensed professionals.
