Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a PsyD and licensed mental health counselor licensed in Vermont. In my years of practice, I have worked with children and adults with a wide variety of mental health and relational issues. I specialize in trauma and treating trauma-related symptoms as well as depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, relational issues, and effective communication skills. I am also skilled at addressing parenting issues and developing skills and strategies for more effective parenting practices.
My counseling style is person-centered and eclectic, pulling from a variety of modalities to personalize an approach that meets each individual’s needs. I am formally trained in a variety of approaches that lend warmth, support, unconditional positive regard, and acceptance to my relationships with my clients. I have a background in art therapy and animal-assisted therapy as well, which I have learned over the past several years to successfully adapt to the online therapy platform. Being able to pull from multiple approaches has led to greater flexibility in my practice and an increased sense of creativity for my clients.
I look forward to exploring with you around those struggles that brought you to seek help and working together to develop increased insight and skills for managing symptoms effectively.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is convenience and flexibility – you can connect in whatever format feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist offering online services is a licensed professional, and clients are free to switch therapists if they are seeking a different fit.
