Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, My name is Manisha and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of California. My style of counseling is empathetic, non-judgmental, and patient. I feel our lives have patterns starting from childhood and I hope to uncover some of those patterns in your life. Also, we tend to live in a very fast past world and with a lot of images of how we should be. I try to help you uncover your true essence and for you to gain self compassion and love. It is to help you gain that secure sense of self.
As a teenager, I used to like to go online and chat and I feel that virtual communication helps sometimes create that sense of safety which maybe harder when your meeting someone face to face and your anxiety might kick in. I utilize many modalities but I feel in a virtual platform, empathy, cognitive behavioral therapy, guided meditations, and solution focused is most applicable.

Manisha Chulani is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in California with four years of clinical experience. She approaches counseling with empathy, a non-judgmental stance, and patience, creating space for clients to explore their concerns at a comfortable pace.
Manisha views many life patterns as rooted in childhood and works collaboratively with clients to identify and understand those recurring dynamics. She aims to help people notice how early influences shape present behavior and relationships so they can make more intentional choices.
Recognizing that contemporary life often moves quickly and is shaped by many external expectations, Manisha supports clients in reconnecting with their core selves. Her work emphasizes cultivating self-compassion and self-love to build a more secure sense of identity and well-being.
Having spent time online as a teenager, Manisha appreciates how virtual communication can foster a feeling of safety that may be harder to achieve in face-to-face meetings when anxiety is present. She draws from several modalities and finds that, in a virtual setting, empathy, cognitive behavioral techniques, guided meditations, and solution-focused approaches are especially applicable and helpful for many clients.
Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or transitions in life, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video appointment, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in the way that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone finds they need a different therapeutic fit they have the option to switch therapists. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of remote sessions support consistent engagement and meaningful progress.
