I am licensed in Missouri with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & bipolar disorder. In addition to older teens, I work to help couples build a more meaningful relationship with each other. I can help people find the path they want their relationship to take. My counseling moto is to provide confidential, competent, and compationate counseling. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce real results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in whatever way fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if you decide you would like a different therapeutic match, it is generally possible to switch to another therapist. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical path to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
