Brain Gym & Yoga can help with AD/HD.
I have Sport Psychology training for goal setting, using visualization, and working through challenges.
I use these techniques myself too, and listen to guided meditations to help clear feelings, fall asleep, or to recharge my energy.

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move forward with support from a qualified therapist.
