Elizaveta (Liza) Patchen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who provides guidance, mental health support, and substance abuse counseling. Since 2014 she has worked with people coping with addictions, depression, anxiety, traumatic events, loss of purpose, and relationship challenges.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Culture and Arts in 2009 and completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2014. Her clinical background includes working with elderly individuals in inpatient settings, offering therapy to families and individuals in outpatient care, and supporting clients with addictions in inpatient programs. She has also worked with people who are severely mentally ill, creating a safe space to share their experiences and explore solutions to difficult life circumstances.
Elizaveta is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with MBSR techniques. She is fluent in English and Russian.
