Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas working in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment trauma, LGBTQIA+ population, advocacy, autism, and parent-child interactive therapy. One of my passions is helping patients access their own power, finding solutions that work for the individual person or family, and helping people from a systemic and advocacy-based perspective.
My therapy style is warm, kind, and humanistic. I believe that everyone is capable and powerful, and I don’t believe everyone should be labeled unless it helps them find explanation or identity for wellness. My approach combines solution-focused, trauma therapy, and belief in the person and the path they choose for their treatment to take.
It takes courage to seek solutions for yourself or your family and to take the first steps in a positive direction. If you are ready to rediscover your power, remember that you are capable of hard things, and choose solutions that work for you, I am ready and willing to help you, your children, or your family.
I can’t wait to meet you, and look forward to working together towards goals that work for you. Just remember how capable you are!

Many people wonder whether online therapy really makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain regular work on therapeutic goals.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible way to pursue support while balancing everyday responsibilities and life changes.
