Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
Please allow me to tell you a bit about myself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years of experience providing therapy services in a variety of community settings, but have worked in the field of social work for more than 25 years. I work with children, juveniles, and adults providing individual, couple, and family services.
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, and from a variety of populations.
My counseling style is interactive and open, and I’m passionate about treating everyone with dignity and respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Individuals are more than any psychological label they’ve been given and everyone has the capacity to do amazing things in their life.
My approach is designated by the needs of the client as each person’s life journey is unique, requiring goals and objectives specific to meeting that person in order to be truly effective.
Change is a process that begins when one decides to take the first step. Though it isn’t always easy, the ultimate results have the potential to land the individual in an astounding place.
I look forward to aiding in the facilitation and support of your change.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect in the format that best fits their schedule and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to keep therapy consistent.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a flexible, effective option for many people seeking support.
