Linda Franga is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Colorado who brings fifteen years of clinical experience to her work. She holds a master’s degree from Boston University and has practiced in a variety of settings, including schools, nonprofit organizations, residential treatment facilities, community support centers, and currently serves part time as a Military and Family Life Counselor.
Over the last twenty years she has worked with clients in four different countries, gaining a broad perspective that informs her nonjudgmental, client-centered approach. She emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of healing and collaborates with clients to set concrete, achievable goals that build on existing strengths.
Linda addresses a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief, parenting challenges, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, sleep difficulties, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, and depression. She is also experienced in supporting life purpose exploration, transitions, family of origin issues, military deployment matters, caregiver self-care, and teen counseling.
Her clinical work draws on client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques to tailor interventions to each person’s needs. Linda aims to be accessible to clients and to help them use practical strategies to move toward their goals.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote counseling works well for these types of issues when delivered by trained professionals.
A major advantage of remote therapy is flexibility. Individuals can choose how they connect with their therapist—whether by video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging—making it easier to fit support into a busy schedule or to access help from a distance.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy provides an accessible option for many people seeking consistent, professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
