Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a variety of challenges, including addiction, anger management, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, depression, and major life transitions.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT) to provide a flexible and personalized experience. Our dialogue and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, we will work together to build clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life takes courage. I’m honored to walk with you on that journey and look forward to working together.

Many people ask whether online therapy can actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is convenience and flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and individuals may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible route to consistent support while addressing the same everyday concerns that are commonly treated in face-to-face therapy.
