Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, do you feel the need to talk, share, collaborate together with someone to find a way forward or just make sense of some challenges or tangles in your life right now? If yes, counselling might be the right step for you. Counselling is a journey you embark on, a journey of self-exploration, exploration of situations, patterns, relationships or any other aspect in your life that might be challenging. Taking that journey with a counsellor you feel comfortable with is equally important.
As a counsellor, my aim is to create a safe and non-judgemental space where you feel free to start that journey. I believe that all of us have the ability to move forward in spite of challenges, given the right environment and support.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I work with different counselling modalities to suit the needs of my clients. We are all unique and the same size does not fit all. Hence I feel that it is important that in counselling as well, the modalities and techniques used should be specific to each person. My work with organisations specialising in anxiety, depression, sexual abuse and trauma recovery has given me extensive experience working with a wide range of clients and a wide range of difficulties that affect people personally.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work to their ethical standards. All that really means is that the client is always at the heart of a session.

Leny Kuriakose welcomes people who feel ready to talk, make sense of current challenges, or work collaboratively to find a way forward. She frames counselling as a personal journey of self-exploration and investigation of situations, patterns, relationships, or other areas of life that may feel tangled or difficult right now.
Her aim is to offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which people can begin that journey. Leny believes that, with the right environment and support, everyone has the capacity to move forward despite the obstacles they face.
As an integrative counsellor, she draws on a range of counselling approaches and adapts techniques to meet each person’s individual needs – recognising that one size does not fit all. Her work with organisations specialising in anxiety, depression, sexual abuse and trauma recovery has provided extensive experience with a wide variety of clients and difficulties that affect people personally.
Leny is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), which means she adheres to recognised professional and ethical standards. She is based in the United Kingdom and brings six years of experience to her practice. She offers therapy as a therapist of color and as a female practitioner who is older and identifies as liberal, specialising in stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma and abuse, self-esteem and depression.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you decide a different fit would work better for you. Online therapy offers a practical way to access support while keeping the same professional standards you would expect from face-to-face care.
