Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Leah, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for 15 years. I went to UCLA for undergrad and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I went to CIIS in San Francisco to get my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I loved my graduate program. Not only did it have amazing teachers, but it emphasized experiential learning, mindfulness meditation and your own personal growth. Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I believe in meeting people where they are at, building on their strengths and working collaboratively. I continue to work on myself and learn new skills and I look forward to working with you on this path toward healing and self discovery.

For many common concerns — including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes — online therapy has been found to be comparable to traditional in-person care. It can be an effective option for those seeking support for these issues.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can meet with their therapist in whatever format feels most convenient, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many, online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to pursue mental health and well-being.
