Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello to All… and to all
My name is Lawrence, I really enjoy my career and I have made it my professional and personal goal to leave you feeling, thinking and/or performing better than you were when we first met. I have been working in the therapy world for over 25 years beginning the summer after I graduated from the University of Washington (U of W) with my B.A. in Juvenile Counseling. My first 10 years out of college began at a community mental health clinic as a youth and family counselor. I slowly but surely began gaining valuable experience working with youth and their families. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings to include but not limit to juvenile offenders, domestic violence shelters, community center and youth group homes. After earning my Master of Social Work degree from the U of W, I went on to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing and specializing in mental health therapy. Over the years I have provided mental health treatment and/or services to an array of individuals, couples, families, groups, and communities all ages of different ethnic, cultural and/or racial backgrounds.
Frist and foremost I believe safety is paramount and the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and a client is the key component to attaining positive treatment outcomes. I use a multitude of clinical and/or therapeutic approaches when providing treatment to include but not limited to foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Multisystemic Therapy (MST), using a combination of treatments strategies serve as realistic and usable approaches to better manage, resolve or solve, tolerate and/or think differently about real life challenges and/or problems.
It will be my pleasure to be your therapist

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the format that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy life and to choose the method that feels most comfortable.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit you can switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to get consistent support for everyday challenges and emotional concerns.
