Lauren Spencer welcomes people who are ready to begin a healing process that touches mind, body, and spirit. She chose this work to help others build the skills to move through life with confidence and compassion, supporting clients as they honor painful experiences and integrate them into personal growth.
As a yoga teacher, therapist, and spiritual seeker, Lauren draws on healing approaches that address mental, physical, and soulful aspects of well-being. Her sessions aim to stimulate the mind, give the body a voice, and listen to the soul - combining relaxation techniques, talk therapy, and ritual to foster deeper understanding and lasting change.
Lauren is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado and brings six years of clinical experience to her practice. She graduated from Regis University in 2014, completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012, and has worked in private practice since 2014. Over time she developed a specialty in creating programs and memberships for women that focus on embodiment, self-love, body image healing, heart and womb connection, pursuing dreams, and living with greater joy.
In addition to her work with women, Lauren also sees male clients who are interested in stepping into their own strengths and values. She has expanded her role to include empowerment coaching, helping people take concrete steps toward the lives they want while offering therapeutic tools to manage stress, anxiety, relationship and intimacy challenges, self-esteem issues, family conflict, trauma and abuse, grief, career difficulties, depression, and coping with life changes.
For many common concerns - such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life changes - online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice support its use for these everyday challenges.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the format that suits them best - video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging - which helps therapy fit into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different therapeutic fit. For a wide range of common mental health and life concerns, online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to receive professional support.
