Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have been a therapist for about 10 years. I have worked in charities and organisations with a range of clients in different ages and presenting problems. I have worked with people who have concerns like anxiety, depression, family and relationship problems, abuse, and more.
My therapy style is supportive and interactive. I provide a safe space for you to talk openly with a trusted individual who will not judge you, an environment for you to explore what is happening for you, any emotions that you have, and discuss what you feel is the next step. My approach combines humanistic and psychodynamic theory to support you. We will talk through what you want from the sessions and how we can work together.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
Thanks for taking the time to find out more about me. I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or messaging within an app. This variety makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to consistent, professional support.
