I am a Christian LCSW and a certified Mental Health Coach. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex emotions of grief and loss, whether from the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, a loss of health or other significant life transitions. My approach is centered around gaining a deep understanding of your unique experience and building a strong, supportive relationship to help you process your thoughts and emotions and find healing.
With 15+ years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals and families experiencing various forms of loss. I compassionately provide a safe space where clients can explore their grief while being seen, heard, supported and validated in their journey. I am knowledgeable in utilizing person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
