Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m LaShica and I’m very excited that you are reaching out to take time for yourself. Counseling is a great form of personal care.
I would like to tell you a little about myself. I currently live in Charlotte, NC but I’m originally from Marion, SC. I am married with 2 kids. I love lifting weights, playing softball, and running. I have over 10 years of experience in counseling adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse problems. I have experience working with young adults in transitional housing providing therapeutic individual and group counseling. I have worked with families providing individual and family counseling in the clinical and home setting.
My approach to therapy comes from an eclectic base with a strong focus on cognitive-behavioral and person centered therapy. I believe that a person should be able to make choices about their future and should be given all available resources to make that informed choice.
I look forward to working with you in the future.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy is often a practical and effective option that can work alongside traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different match. For many people, the combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a viable step toward addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
