Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there, my name is Tiffany, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have over 17 years’ experience in the field of mental health working with adults, families, and couples. I have work with a very diverse population with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, PTSD, addiction, life transitions, and other mood concerns.
I believe that my clients have the answers and that with my help, you will find a deeper awareness of who you are, who you want to become, and how to propel onto a path of healing, growth, and actualization. I focus on using treatment methods that are well researched and proven helpful, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness strategies, and Solution-focused to work on goals defined by my clients collaboratively.
My job as your counselor is to help you be more successful at targeting any problems that have come up for you at this point. To do this, we’re going to spend time getting a snapshot of your life; what’s working well and what’s not working so well. After our first meeting, we’ll take the information you provided, and together we’ll come up with a set of goals that seem doable.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote work with a therapist often produces comparable results for these kinds of issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain consistent care around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change providers if they are seeking a different therapeutic fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides a practical, effective way to pursue mental health goals without the constraints of a traditional office visit.
