Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Congratulation, on taking the first step in your healing. My name is La Chandra Bartholomew-Jones and I have been practicing counseling since 2009. I received my Masters in Community Agency Counseling from Jacksonville State University in 2012; before completing an Educational Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health in 2014, also from Jacksonville State University. I am a Board Certified Counselor, in addition to being licensed independently as an Alabama Licensed Professional Counselor and a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor.
My theoretical approaches are both client-centered and cognitive behavioral (CBT). Sessions are designed to be driven by the client to address the goals clients would like to address. My job as a provider is to help you along your path towards healing and restoration as you see fit.
Life has its challenges that we all must endure. The great news, you can overcome your present life’s obstacle with the support of a listening ear.

La Chandra Bartholomew-Jones welcomes individuals who are ready to begin their healing journey. She has been practicing counseling since 2009 and brings 11 years of professional experience to her work.
She earned a Master of Science in Community Agency Counseling from Jacksonville State University in 2012, followed by an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health from the same university in 2014. La Chandra is a Board Certified Counselor and holds independent licensure to practice counseling in both Alabama and Georgia.
Her clinical style blends client-centered care with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and sessions are shaped by the goals each person brings. Her role is to support clients along a path toward healing and restoration, working at a pace and direction that fits each individual.
La Chandra believes that life brings challenges for everyone, and that with attentive support and a listening ear people can work through present obstacles and move toward greater well-being.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, remote therapy is often as effective as in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is a video visit, a phone call, a live chat, or messaging through an app. This adaptability makes it easier to fit regular sessions into busy schedules.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients who want a different therapeutic fit are free to change therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to engage in consistent support while addressing everyday challenges and longer-term concerns.
