Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the key advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into day-to-day life.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and individuals have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
