Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe that when people find and embrace their own strengths and trust in themselves; they can make positive changes in their lives. It’s important to me that I provide a warm and trusting place for my clients to explore, grow, and thrive in. I draw from my experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness modalities to tailor therapy to meet each of my clients needs and preferences.
I graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s of Science in mental health counseling in 2015. I have experience in hospital settings conducting behavioral health assessments and providing crisis intervention/stabilization, treatment, and discharge planning. In individual therapy, I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma/loss, domestic violence, neglect/abuse, substance abuse, body image and self-esteem, suicidal ideation/non-suicidal self-injury, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, and chronic medical conditions.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparably effective to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is convenience – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain consistency over time.
Work is provided by licensed professionals, and if a client feels another clinician would be a better fit they can change therapists. Online therapy offers practical access and adaptable formats while supporting the same kinds of therapeutic work typically done in person.
