Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a professional counselor in Georgia with 23 years of experience working as a therapist in the community and school settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting problems, as well as college and career counseling. I’ve also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse process these feelings and feel more like themselves to live a happy and fulfilling life.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and interpersonal counseling. We will work together to develop an understanding of how beliefs, thoughts, behavior, and emotions are interconnected. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique goals and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you during this journey!
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote counseling often delivers comparable results for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that works best for them – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and daily routines.
Each therapist offering online care is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. This range of accessibility and choice helps many individuals begin and maintain the work of therapy on terms that suit their lives.
