Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It’s been my privilege to serve individuals who have struggled with life issues that have made their lives difficult for them. These issues often lead to depression, anxiety and low-self esteem depending on they are processed and how we think about them. I have been helping people deal with these life issues and resulting inner conflicts for over 40 years. With a Masters in Counseling and my professional and personal experiences, I am in a unique position to provide you with a variety of approaches and strategies to resolve these conflicts. I believe that the way in which we think about an incident in our lives often determines how we feel and behave. Therefore, using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy I help individuals consider how they tend to think about traumatic and other life events and help them re-frame their thoughts into more productive thoughts. This process creates peace and joy in life.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is scheduling flexibility. Clients can meet with their therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit support into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship needs.
