Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have a lot of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families trying to navigate the challenges of life with symptoms that a traumatic experience left behind, which usually presents as a myriad of conditions. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, coping with grief and loss, motivation, & self esteem.
I create a safe space for individuals to be emotionally open, heal, learn, grow and transform by being interested in the client’s experience and addressing the client’s needs. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Christian Counseling ( I don’t use a Christian counseling approach unless requested by a client). Each approach fosters healing, self-awareness, resilience and a safe supportive environment. I will tailor our dialogue and work to meet your goals.
I believe one of the greatest supports during challenging times is having someone to talk to while you navigate the challenges of life. I find purpose in knowing that I can use my innate abilities, such as empathy and compassion, to offer support in challenging times. I am dedicated to helping people to grow in the ways they desire to, one session at a time.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate similar outcomes for these types of issues when care is delivered remotely by qualified professionals.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain consistent care.
All therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical option for accessing professional support while managing everyday responsibilities.
