Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. My graduate school training was from Winona State University in Winona, MN. I worked in a private practice mental health agency there in Winona for three years, in addition to serving in a residential treatment facility assisting adults in recovery from mental health crises back to independent living. I am currently meeting with out-patient clients in a new counseling agency in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
I have worked with people from all walks of life facing difficult and unexpected challenges, causing a variety of mental health issues. I work with a Person-Centered approach and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, along with Strength-Based modalities. I like to identify strengths in people and help them grow. The therapeutic relationship between client and counselor offers a strong foundation to assist clients in recovering balance in life and the freedom to move ahead on a more peaceful journey. I know life can be rough at times, but with help, it can also be better!
Some may be desiring a Christian-based therapy, and that is also an option we can incorporate.

Kevin Knack is a licensed professional counselor who works with adults in Wisconsin and holds credentials to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He trained at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota, and brings four years of clinical experience to his current work.
Earlier in his career he spent three years at a private practice mental health agency in Winona and also supported adults in a residential treatment setting, helping people recover from mental health crises and transition back to independent living. He is now meeting with outpatient clients at a new counseling agency in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Kevin uses a person-centered framework combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy and strength-based approaches. He focuses on identifying each person’s strengths and building on them so clients can regain balance and move forward with greater calm and purpose. He works with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and coping with life changes.
For those who prefer faith-integrated care, Christian-informed therapy can be incorporated as an option. Kevin aims to create a supportive therapeutic relationship that helps people navigate difficult periods and find a clearer path ahead.
Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose how they connect with a therapist, selecting video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging based on what fits their schedule and comfort level. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep therapy consistent while managing work, family, and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to address everyday mental health needs and move toward greater stability and well-being.
