Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Kendra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Indiana and Illinois. I graduated from the Indiana University School of Social Work. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients who are having difficulty coping with various life stressors, including anxiety, depression, loss/ grief, and relationship challenges.
My approach is to listen, provide support, and motivate clients to discover their strengths. Everyone is unique, so I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach.
I know that it’s not always easy to reach out for help but it’s one of the bravest things that one can do. I’m here to support you whenever you’re ready. I am available for appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays in the evening.

Kendra Riley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices in both Indiana and Illinois. She earned her degree from the Indiana University School of Social Work and brings 16 years of clinical experience supporting adults facing a range of life stressors.
Her work focuses on helping people cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. Kendra listens closely, offers steady support, and helps clients identify and build on their existing strengths. She does not use a one-size-fits-all method, preferring to tailor her approach to each person she meets.
Kendra recognizes that reaching out for help can feel difficult and views that step as an act of courage. She is available for evening appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays and is ready to provide support when a person is prepared to begin therapy.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be an effective alternative to in-person sessions for a large number of individuals.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the format that fits their lifestyle and comfort level, whether that is a video session, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to attend regular appointments and keep therapy integrated into daily routines.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to work through common mental health challenges and navigate meaningful life changes.
