Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a licensed therapist in Washington, I bring over two decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with empathy and expertise.
I specialize in addressing issues such as social anxiety, workplace stress, chronic pain, family dynamics, and women’s mental health concerns. My approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on building self-love, exploring life purpose, and helping individuals break through patterns of isolation and shame.
With a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful personal growth. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and understanding as you work toward healing and emotional well-being. (Washington state law dictates that I may only see you if you are located in the state of Washington during the time of our session.)
I currently have openings during daytime hours on Thursdays and Fridays.
