Kelly Greenwood is a qualified integrative psychotherapist in private practice based in the United Kingdom, specialising in stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, and self-esteem. With three years of clinical experience, she combines evidence-informed techniques with a strengths-based perspective rooted in positive psychology to support long-term wellbeing.
Kelly holds a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling from the University of Greater Manchester and a master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Counselling. Her clinical work blends a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s individual needs, and she has contributed to research on addiction.
