Hi. I’m Kellie!
I am here for you, period. We are all in this crazy thing called life together. I have been working with diverse populations for several years now. My job is to promote understanding on how to use life tools in order to meet the goals you strive for. I look forward to hearing your story. Let’s rock Life one step at a time, together.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that best fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into busy schedules and to engage from locations that are convenient.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people seeking help with everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible, effective path forward that adapts to each person’s life and preferences.
