Keith Bennett is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). After retraining from a different career, he has five years of professional experience offering talking therapy.
He has helped people facing depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, difficulties with motivation, low self-esteem, and questions of identity. He has particular experience in working with clients in mid to late adulthood.
Keith provides therapy that is tailored to each person’s needs, with the therapeutic relationship forming the foundation of the work. The relationship he builds offers a safe, secure and non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours, with the aim of helping people make sense of their lives and motivations and, where appropriate, developing different ways of managing moving forward.
Seeking therapy is a significant step; if his description resonates, Keith welcomes enquiries from those interested in working together.
