I am Katrina Herweh, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio. I am a Cincinnati native, avid hiker, and coffee enthusiast. I have my Bachelor of Social Work from Xavier University and my Master of Arts in Social Work from Miami University (of Oxford, OH). I am pursuing my PhD in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago, where my research interest is pediatric medical trauma.
I have been a clinical social worker for five years, focusing on therapy for youth and families. I have expertise in treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My preferred treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
