Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed therapist in Utah with three years of professional therapy experience and ten years of case management and human services experience. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, including those involved with juvenile justice services. My focus is on helping clients heal from trauma and develop the tools they need to lead more empowered and emotionally healthy lives.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two evidence-based approaches for treating trauma and its impact. I also help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including relationship and family issues, abuse, intimacy concerns, low self-esteem, confidence, and motivation.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. I believe healing happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m proud of you for starting your journey.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to receive consistent support for everyday mental health needs.
