Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the states of Kansas and Wisconsin. I have been a practicing licensed therapist for 12 years. I have worked with a wide range of populations from children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics. I have worked with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, career challenges, and significant life changes. I am also a certified personal trainer and I have worked with clients struggling with weight loss and body image issues. I have experience working in several different settings including group homes, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and an intensive outpatient hospital setting. What this means, is that I have worked with people at various points in their mental health journey.
My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and supportive, but I will also challenge you to grow. I will meet you where are you at, actively listen to you, and help you set and achieve the goals that are important to you. I utilize several approaches in my practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, journaling, and positive psychology.
It can be hard to reach out and seek help and I commend you for taking the first steps to make positive changes in your life. If you are ready to commit, I am ready to support and empower you to be successful.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online will make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that means video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions regularly and integrate therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different match. Overall, online therapy provides an accessible way to address everyday mental health needs while allowing people to engage in treatment on terms that suit them.
