Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Katie, a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania. My biggest passion is working with people who struggle with addictions and co-occurring disorders. I enjoy helping those individuals find ways to have better boundaries, coping skills, communication skills, and ways to live a healthier lifestyle. I have worked with people struggling with addictions in some capacity for 7 years and have been a counselor in that field for 4 years. Due to the nature of the drug and alcohol field, I also have experience working with individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and bipolar disorder. I want to dig deep with you and find the root of your thoughts and emotions and help you to change the behaviors that follow. I use a client-centered approach and work in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality therapy. I recognize that everyone’s path to healing is different and stay open-minded to allow you the space to heal in whatever way you find best. I like to provide open and honest feedback to create an open dialogue for us to best address your struggles. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is the flexibility it offers. Clients can meet with a therapist in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to integrate treatment into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
