Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University; a Master of Social Service with a focus on practice with individuals, families, and groups from Bryn Mawr College; and both a master’s degree and a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Tribble recognizes that seeking help can be a difficult step and views that step as a testament to a person’s desire for change and courage. She encourages taking one step at a time and aims to empower individuals throughout the therapeutic journey. She looks forward to the possibility of working together.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility - individuals can choose the method of connection that best fits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability helps make therapy more accessible for busy lives.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients may change therapists if they decide a different fit is needed. Online therapy can offer a practical way to pursue mental health and personal growth while accommodating modern routines.
