Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you feeling hurt or overwhelmed by something that happened to you? Do you find yourself stuck in upsetting patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving that make it difficult to move forward and make decisions in your personal or professional life? Considering making changes in your life can feel daunting, and counseling can provide support and guidance as you continue building a more fulfilling life for yourself. In my practice, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental atmosphere that will help you better understand the difficulties you’re experiencing and learn about ways to overcome them. Psychotherapy is a process of self-discovery that will help you connect with your inner life, unbind from the past, and live fully in the present. As you learn about and acknowledge different aspects of yourself, you will find rough spots, as well as resources. All parts of your experience play important roles and we can understand what has been useful, what parts might be modified, as well as parts that offer strength and support that can be built upon. These discoveries remove potential obstacles to your growth and open avenues for connection and well-being.
I believe that therapy can not only alleviate specific hardships or teach more compassionate self-care, but that therapy can be emotionally transformative. I practice this belief with rigor, I believe my role is to provide a supportive, yet challenging environment that fosters emotional well-being, new insights, and change. I am an active participant in the therapy session. Together we will be able to set therapeutic goals and follow a clear path to achieve them. I hold emotions and affect in the highest regard and pay particular attention to non-verbal communications. I address a wide variety of difficulties and issues in my practice, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, mood and personality disorders. I also have extensive experience helping those dealing with significant life changes such as education, employment, marriage and divorce, or loss and grief.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the State of Rhode Island for 18 years, working in the community mental health field as well as private practice for over 9 years. I have a very flexible schedule and will check and respond to messages several times a day throughout the day, seven days a week. I also offer live chat, phone sessions and video sessions as needed and these can be scheduled based on need and at our convenience.

Her therapeutic stance is collaborative, supportive, and attentive. She strives to create a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore upsetting patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, identify internal resources, and learn ways to adjust what is no longer helpful. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. Research and practice have shown that remote sessions often produce meaningful improvements for these kinds of issues.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. People can choose the format that best fits their life and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and individuals have the option to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic match. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to pursue support while balancing other commitments.
