Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor in Florida. I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2011. I began my career as a career counselor and then moved into mental health counseling. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, coping with disabilities, trauma, career difficulties, family and marriage conflicts, etc. I have over 8 years’ experience with counseling adults, families and children. I am a Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Client Centered Therapist.
In my sessions, I provide a safe environment with open communication. I tailor my sessions to my client’s needs. I believe in taking counseling one session at a time. I help my clients develop progress goals, so they can track the progress they have made in the sessions. I take time at the end of every session for the client to take time to reflect on how they have felt the session was. I have utilized various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, behavior modification, etc. I believe in working together with my clients and creating an individualized treatment plan for them.
I work with you to help you discover the next steps you need to take to improve yourself. I promote change through personal growth. I cannot wait to work with you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can actually help. For typical concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect with therapists in the format that fits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if a different therapeutic match is needed, clients generally have the option to switch therapists. For many people facing common mental health and life challenges, online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access support.
