Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. I have worked in an RTF, as a crisis intervention specialist, was a paraprofessional for a therapeutic emotional support classroom, a school-based outpatient counselor, and a partial hospitalization therapist. I have worked with a variety of mental health diagnosis, at times with individuals experiencing mental health and substance concerns. I am certified in TARGET and have a Play Therapy Certificate. I have utilized Sand Tray therapy when working with children.
I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution-focused and some motivational interviewing when working with clients that are adolescent and older. I strive to be warm and inviting and interacting in sessions that are more like conversations. Each individual is their own individual, meaning not one treatment will work for all. I strive to be the hope for individuals when they struggle to see the hope that things can be better for themselves. Individuals who seek help are brave and courageous, as taking the first step is the hardest. Change takes time and courage, and if you are wanting things to change and be better for yourself, I look forward to meeting with you and working together.

Kaitlin Reichart is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Pennsylvania. With five years of clinical experience providing therapy services, she brings a background of diverse roles across the mental health field, including working in a residential treatment facility, serving as a crisis intervention specialist, supporting a therapeutic emotional support classroom as a paraprofessional, providing school-based outpatient counseling, and delivering care in a partial hospitalization setting.
She has experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses and has supported individuals who have experienced both mental health and substance use concerns. Kaitlin holds specialized training in TARGET and has earned a Play Therapy Certificate, and she has incorporated Sand Tray therapy when working with children.
Her clinical approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing when working with adolescent and older clients. Sessions are intended to feel warm and conversational, with an emphasis on tailoring treatment to each person since no single approach fits everyone.
Kaitlin aims to help clients recognize possibility and progress during difficult times. She emphasizes that seeking help is a courageous first step, and she partners with people who are ready to make changes and work toward better outcomes for themselves.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and navigating life changes – remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that these issues often respond well to virtual sessions, making online options a viable route to support and progress.
One major benefit of online therapy is convenience. People can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps integrate counseling into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients are free to request a different therapist if they are seeking a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility without sacrificing the quality of care needed to address everyday mental health challenges.
