Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Most of us don’t seek help until the pain is too great and we come to a point where we admit that we need help; that we just can’t do this on our own. It can often feel defeating because we have been taught that we ‘should’ be able to handle anything if we put our minds to it. The reality is it takes a great deal of courage to ask for and accept help. I applaud you in taking this step. It is a true privilege for me to try to support others with their challenges; to be given their trust and their confidence. I work to do this using evidence-based practices within a warm, safe and non-judgmental relationship which the two of us create. I respect that you are the expert on YOU and I work to support you in developing your strengths, your own resilience and adding new tools and solutions for living your best life.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can provide meaningful support for everyday struggles as well as times of transition.
One major advantage is flexibility: clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many people, remote therapy is a practical and effective way to access professional help while accommodating personal needs and lifestyle.
