I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with ten years of counseling and mentoring experience. I am licensed in the State of Florida and Maryland. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions , with a special focus in legal issues and mental health issues. Counseling is a collaborative process undertaken between you and a therapist, designed to empower you to accomplish mental health and wellness goals. While providing services to individuals and couples, I have found that for counseling to be most effective, it is important that you take an active role in the process.
