Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Tennessee with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, depression, OCD and bipolar disorder. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a Christian, protestant, and while I am not a “Christian counselor”, I try to keep my practice consistent with a Christian worldview. My approach to therapy is mostly cognitive behavioral in orientation but I also have training in dialectical behavior therapy and other therapy styles.
Change is difficult. I recognize that and will be patient with you as you seek to build the life that you want. You will have to do most of the work, but I am here to support and encourage you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a client decides they would prefer a different therapeutic match, it is possible to switch to another therapist. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers a convenient and impactful option for support and growth.
