Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings and Salutations
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years in the field. I have done everything from intensive in home counseling with adolescences, to being the manager of a Behavioral Health Treatment Court that served adult felony offenders with a severe and persistent mental illness. I welcome teen single parents to senior citizen couples. Therapy is not one size fits all, and as long as you are a part, I believe I can assist you in getting where you would like to grow (not a typo, just me trying to be clever).
I am an extreme optimist, and believe that positives can be found in any situation. I have a genuine love for people, and love to see the light bulb pop on when revelation shows up. I have a very straight forward approach to counseling, as I believe that everything that that transpires is birthed out of the relationship that we build. But enough about me, lets talk about you…
Sincerely,
Jonathan Tucker, MA, LMFT

Jonathan Tucker is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Georgia with more than 14 years of professional experience. He holds a master’s degree and is licensed to practice marriage and family therapy in the state.
His clinical background ranges from intensive in-home counseling with adolescents to serving as the manager of a Behavioral Health Treatment Court that worked with adult felony offenders who had severe and persistent mental illness. Those varied roles inform his work with people across the lifespan.
He welcomes clients from teen single parents to senior citizen couples and does not treat therapy as a one-size-fits-all process. He expects clients to be active participants and believes he can help them get to where they would like to grow (he notes the word “grow” intentionally).
Jonathan describes himself as an extreme optimist who looks for positives in difficult situations and enjoys the moment when insight appears. His style is direct and straightforward, grounded in the conviction that meaningful change arises from the therapeutic relationship they build together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that means a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist, they can switch at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, evidence-supported option for many people seeking support for common mental health and relationship concerns.
