Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I view therapy as a unique relationship between two people – the therapist and the client. Therapy is a process that fosters acceptance and change of the challenges people face and helps provide clarity. My goal is to help create a safe place to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences that cause you pain, which may lead to difficulties in relationships, work, and/or daily life. Through this process we will create goals and a plan to reach your specific goals. My approach is genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental. As a therapist, I bring over 20 years of experience working with individuals from many walks of life.
My areas of focus include men’s issues, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, life transitions, personal & professional relationships, and Veteran needs. I utilize cognitive-behavioral approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain consistent care.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapist would be a better fit, clients are free to switch at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, effective option for many people seeking support for everyday and more complex concerns.
