Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the communication method that fits their needs and lifestyle, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy routine.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
